Session Description
LEED project teams highlight the goals, strategies, outcomes, and lessons learned from four local projects that have achieved LEED v2009 BD+C, LEED v4 BD+C, and LEED Zero Energy certification in this rapid-fire showcase. Featured projects include: Entegrity Headquarters in Little Rock, AR; Bank of America Tower in Houston, TX, Unisphere in Silver Spring, MD and Virginia Springs 1 and 2 in Nashville, TN. Representatives will discuss the goals and strategies of each project, and what approaches project team members would use to comply solely with LEED v4.1 BD+C, LEED v4.1 O+M certification or recertification guidance.
This course is approved for 1.5 LEED Specific GBCI (BD+C, O+M, and Green Assoc.) CE hour and 1.5 AIA LU|HSW.

Describe the top, overarching goals and objectives of each project.

Compare and contrast the most notable strategies from the projects that contributed to achieving LEED v2009 BD+C, LEED v4 BD+C, and LEED Zero certification.

Link lessons learned from these projects with an emphasis on health and human experience, and how the project teams would approach things differently under LEED v4.1 BD+C alone
